10 Simple And Sane Disaster Preparations For California And The Pacific Rim

Google Earth earthquake global map.

The Pacific Rim is dangerously active today, so simple preparations are wise.

Everyone should be prepared for upcoming natural disasters knocking at the door, but if you live along the USA’s Pacific Rim, I especially suggest checking off these simple, and very sane, list items:

  1. Keep your gas tanks full; fuel stations typically shut down after a natural disaster, and if you are away from home, a full tank might get you home safely;
  2. Have cash on hand; ATMs depend on electricity, which can go down after natural disasters;
  3. Keep 2 weeks worth of bottled water stored; it is common to get very thirsty when potable water isn’t available;
  4. Have dried food on hand, especially food high in protein;
  5. Keep extra pet food in the cupboard; your pets will get hungry, too;
  6. Have several flashlights and lots of extra batteries in storage;
  7. Keep propane tanks filled and a generator handy;
  8. Have firewood and matches on hand; this can be used for heating and cooking;
  9. Fill an extra prescription of any medications you may be taking, such as insulin or birth control;
  10. Have access to a form of self-defense; hide a gun, knife, wire, rope, or a big stick.

If you have a 2 week supply of these life-support items (1 month for medications), you can more comfortably remain close to home until the power comes back on and the streets clear.

Simply stay prepared for natural disasters, especially if you live in a big city.

No one wants to live in fear of Mother Nature, but reality is in front of us – natural disasters are on the rise all over the world, and the US is starting to experience its share of earthquakes, tsunamis, tornadoes and severe storms.

When you and your family are prepared, then the chaos becomes more manageable, and your family is prepared for the inevitable. It is better safe than sorry …..

GeoEngineering Backfires – Tornadoes Touch Down 300 Miles East Of Blizzard

A storm spotter photo of Saturday's tornado in Kansas.

Tornadoes touched down in Illinois at the same time a blizzard struck Iowa.

Five tornadoes touched down in Central Illinois Thursday afternoon at the same time the National Weather Service in Des Moines issued a Blizzard Warning for Thursday, February 20, 2014,

These storms were merely 300 miles apart. Is this common? Is this natural? Not on your life.

Is this Geoengineering gone wrong? You bet.

A blizzard

A blizzard covered Iowa and the western Midwest at the same time tornadoes struck 300 miles east in Illinois.

What Is Geoengineering?

Geoengineering is the “politically correct” word for weather modification. Weather warfare. Chemtrails.

Once upon a time, anyone exposing this technology was considered a crazy conspiracy theorist, but today, when devastating weather events that are as unnatural as tornadoes touching down 300 miles away from a blizzard – in February –  well, to not acknowledge the existence of weather modification is denial.

Chemicals sprayed in the Earth's atmosphere to stop global warming.

Chemtrails alter the Earth’s natural atmosphere and spray toxins into the air.

A Quick Lesson In Weather Modification

These videos are some of the best I’ve seen, and the most thorough explanations of what is going on, and why. Please take the time to watch these videos because it is our responsibility to understand what is happening to our planet at the hands of a few.

If we do not become aware of the damage that has been done to our planet’s ecosystems, we will allow the irresponsible destruction to continue.

Am I a conspiracy theorist? Of course not. I am a scientist that understands what is going wrong at the hands of unnatural, human forces. The more we share this knowledge, the greater chance we have to save our planet.

That’s humane.

Forecasting The What If?

No one wants think about natural disasters destroying life as we know it. Life on Earth is awesome – our planet is filled with so much beauty, magnificence, and miracles.

Most of us choose to think about natural disasters later. The majority of us believe that major Earth events won’t happen in our lifetime, but too few have considered what our children or grandchildren may go through.

Forecasting The End

Here is the link to The Weather Channel’s short clips from their evening series, Forecasting The Future. This is an excellent Cliff’s Note education about what can happen to our planet.

Tips To Shift With Major Events

You can begin NOW making the much needed changes that can save you, your family, and your future loved ones from fear and discomfort.

  1. Get involved with local politics and secure that your community leaders are on their game concerning environmental and future development;
  2. Good local government bleeds into better state governments, which moves up the ladder into federal government;
  3. Spend your money supporting local farmers, shops and venders;
  4. Install alternative energy in your schools, homes, and businesses, and get off the global oil and gas grid;
  5. Bank with credit unions, local and small banks;
  6. Keep cash and small change on hand;
  7. Relocate from coastal areas, and encourage local governments to stop developing along rising shorelines;
  8. Keep stored water and dry foods/dry goods for two weeks of an emergency supply per household for both you and your pets.

Earth changes are nothing to be scared of – they are something to understand better so you can be more prepared.

Prepare for the inevitable, now and for the future, and go back to enjoying a wonderful life on this magnificent planet.
