Last week, Chile experienced an earthquake swarm. Today, it is experiencing a more active and dangerous earthquake swarm.

Will these quakes set off Yellowstone and California?

These are the quakes that occurred April 1, 2014 offshore at Iquique, Chile in order of occurrence:

  1. 8.2 (created a tsunami for Pacific coastlines; Hawaii is undetermined)

  7. 5.7
  8. 5.8
  9. 6.2
  10. 5.7
  11. 4.8
  12. they continue to occur faster than I can record them …
